TedSubmit is an AI-powered job application assistance tool that helps users generate personalized job application responses and freelance proposals. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process user-provided profiles and job postings.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service to generate spam, misleading applications, or deceptive content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Exceed your account usage limits or attempt to circumvent them

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate job application responses. These are suggestions and should be reviewed and edited by you before use
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to employers or third parties
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
AI-generated content should not be considered professional career advice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (profiles, job postings, etc.)
You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service
The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Tedbin and protected by intellectual property laws

7. Usage Limits

The Service may impose usage limits on your account, including limits on the number of job posts, profiles, and generated responses. These limits may vary based on your account plan and may be changed at our discretion.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Your payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor in accordance with their privacy policy. See our Privacy Notice for details on the specific providers we use.

Subscription Plans

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans with varying usage limits
Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle

Free Trials

Some paid plans may include a free trial period
At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscribed plan unless you cancel before the trial ends
Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price
You will be charged on the same day of each month as your original subscription date
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time
Plan changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated accordingly

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period (grace period)
After the grace period, your account reverts to the free tier
You may resume a cancelled subscription during the grace period

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance
Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tedbin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Martigny, Canton of Valais, Switzerland.
